Institute 2.20, un modèle d'entreprise numérique

On désigne parfois par entreprise numérique [collaborative] une entreprise qui s’est considérablement ouverte à son écosystème grâce à une utilisation poussée des technologies d’information.

Outre le recours aux technologies les plus récentes, cette ouverture résulte également de l’usage renouvelé des systèmes d’information, à technologies inchangées.

Un exemple immédiat d’un tel usage est la mise d’un site web d’entreprise sous un contrat Creative Commons au lieu du traditionnel copyright.

Dès lors, l’entreprise numérique n’est pas seulement ouverte et collaborative par l’utilisation intensive des technologies d’information mais également créative par une gestion renouvelée de la propriété intellectuelle d’entreprise.

C’est dans cette vision particulière que s’inscrit Institute 2.20, un modèle de l’entreprise numérique.

  • "IP commons" means author-to-users contracts to allow legally sharing, reusing, remixing of the author’s oeuvres.
  • "Differentiated" means various contractual environments in which the path of creation and/or innovation is traceable and persistent over time.
  • "Emergent" means that the commons have been made readable and understandable for reasonably educated people.

  • Web 2.0 technologies impact on the enterprise have been publicised by Pr. Andrew McAfee (MIT) under the formula of "Enterprise 2.0".
  • "Ontology" is reported to be attributed to Tom Gruber, 1992.
  • "Institute 2.20" definition was created by Tru Dô-Khac under the empire of an ancient poetic art from Vietnam : its structure echoes to "Enterprise 2.0" that Pr. Andrew McAfee (MIT) coined in 2006.
